The Centre is open all-year-long, surrounded by pine – birch forest and located only 100 meters from the sea. Its location provides everyone residing in the Centre with a wonderful microclimate at any time of the year, and the treatments of the Marine Institute SPA & Wellness, allow for quick recuperation, giving your body the ability to quickly regain balance and peace of mind.

We can also organize training courses, seminars, conferences, business meetings, and family and corporate celebrations here, making advantage of the proximity of the sea and the lake in one area.

Thanks to mud deposits and curative water sources of sodium chloride Dąbki has the status of a spa. Located between the Baltic Sea and Bukowo lake, it is a perfect place for lovers of water sports, walking and cycling. In the forest, which surrounds this seaside town, there are numerous paths and trails which will lead you to Słowińskie Błota nature reserve.

Pomeranian Dukes’ Castle – the oldest Gothic castle, an example of defensive architecture on the Polish coast. Dates from the second half of the fourteenth century.
Church of the Holy Gertrude – the only twelve-sided building in Poland, representing the Scandinavian Gothic style modeled on the Temple of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem.
Jan Water Park – the pool is a great combination of fantastic fun for the whole family and the healing powers of seawater. National Historic Vehicle Rally in Darłówek.
